轻 重度乳腺癌患者血清IL-6 IL-8 IL-10与TNF-α水平检测与临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清IL-6、IL-8、IL—10与TNF—α在乳腺癌发生、转移及预后中的作用与临床意义。方法空腹抽取静脉血后，ELISA测定IL-6、IL-8、IL-10与TNF—α水平，并分析放疗前后患者血清内上述因子变化。结果与对照组比较，轻度组和重度组患者血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10及TNF-α水平均明显升高。放疗有效患者IL-6、IL-8、IL—10及TNF-α水平较基线水平明显降低（P〈0．05）。无效或进展患者IL-8与TNF．Ⅱ水平与基线水平比较明显升高，NIL-6与IL—10与基线水平无差异。IL-6、IL-8、IL-10及TNF-α相关性分析表明，IL-6、IL-8、IL-10升高与TNF—α正相关（P〈0，05），而正常受试者患者体内四者具有明显相关性。结论ELISA可有效测定乳腺癌患者血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10及TNF-α水平。血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10及TNF—α与乳腺癌放疗疗效密切相关。Objective To investigate the roles of serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF- α in the metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer. Methods In this retrospective analysis, breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from December 2010 to January 2014 were included, and 685 normal control were included. Fasting IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α were determined using ELISA to compare the changes before and after radiotherapy. Results Compared with the control group, remarkable increase was noticed in the serum IL-6, IL-8, IL- 10 and TNF- α in breast cancer patients, especially those with severe conditions （P〈0.01） . The serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α were remarkably increased in the patients with severe breast cancer compared with those with mild conditions （P〈0.05） . For the patients with response after radiotherapy, the serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α were remarkably decreased compared with the baseline levels （ P〈0.05 ） . Those with stable disease or progression showed elevation of serum IL-8 and TNF- α compared with the baseline levels （ P〈0.05 ） . No difference was obtained in the serum IL-6 and IL-10 compared with the baseline levels （ P〉0.05 ） . Regression analysis revealed the serum IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 were positively with serum TNF- α （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusions ELISA assay is effective for the determination of serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF- α. Serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α are closely related to the efficiency of the outcome of treatment after radiotherapy.
