摘　　要：动机分析对命案侦破具有十分重要的意义。命案动机分析有三个方面的维度:动机的性质、动机的激发时间和动机的强度。命案动机分析的理论基础来源于侦查学、心理学和犯罪学的理论综合。命案动机分析,要在认真研究命案现场的基础上,依托现场勘验、尸体检验、调查访问等各项工作,从作案过程、特定行为、被害人特征、犯罪情境等要素来进行系统综合研究。行为证据在动机分析和命案侦查中具有重要价值。h is of great significance to analyze the motivation for the homicide detection. There are three di- mensions to analyze the motivation for the homicide： type, excitation time and intensity. Theoretical basis of moti- vation analysis for the homicide is the synthetics of criminal investigation, psychology and criminology. To analyze the motivation for the homicide, we must seriously study the murder scene, and think over the the process of com- mitting the crime, the speeific behavior, the characteristics of victim, the situation of crime and other elements of the system, relying on the scene, autopsy, investigation and other work. Behavioral evidence has important value in the motivation analysis and investigation of homicide ease.
