摘  要:对复合肥生产过程中不合格品主要集中在改产前后的现象进行深入分析,确定筛分工序返料量变化是关键影响因素。通过增设返料皮带计量秤与造粒工序原有混合粉料计量称连锁,消除返料量变化对产品养分的影响,流程优化后一次品合格率提高2.43个百分点,每年可实现经济效益43万元,养分损耗率降低0.11个百分点,每年可节约88万元。It is analyzed that the rejects concentrate before and after the transformation, optimization is proposed to eliminate the effects of return product on product nutrient. By adding belt weighing instrument for return product that is with the chain of original weighing instrument in granulation process, the change of return product amount has little effect on product nutrient, once qualified rate after optimization is improved by 2.43 percent point saving about 430 thousand RMB Yuan/a, the nutrient loss rate is decreased by 0.11 percent point saving about 880 thousand RMB Yuan/a.
