基于挣值法的工程项目质量管理评价体系研究

摘　　要：为监测建设工程项目的质量管理状况,提高质量管理水平,在挣值法理论基础上,引入实际质量状况以及计划质量状况指数,改进3个质量挣值参数以及4个质量评价指标,提出基于挣值法的工程项目质量管理评价体系。运用德尔菲法、层次分析法以及灰色预测等指标分析方法,利用指标评判原则对实际质量管理状况以及计划质量管理状况进行确定。并对某市住宅楼进行实例验证,研究结果表明方法切实可行。同时表明该方法可让企业随时监控工程项目质量管理状况,调整质量成本中的投入成本,以确保工程项目的顺利进行,为国内质量管理评价体系提供借鉴和参考。By introducing actual quality status and plan quality index, optimizing three quality parameters of earned value, and improving four quality evaluation index, a quality management evaluation system is developed based on the theory of earned value method, which can monitor quality of construction project and improve level of quality management. By using Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process, and grey prediction index analysis methods,the actual quality and schedule quality are determined based on index evaluation principle. An empirical study has been conducted to verify the feasibility of the proposed method. The results show that the method can monitor quality status at any time and help to adjust the cost accordingly, thus ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.
