摘  要:GQM(Goal Question Metric pproach)模型是当前使用较为广泛的一种软件度量手段,它通过对目标的一系列问题的回答最终实现对软件开发过程的控制和评估.针对GQM中没有提及如何客观地将组织的目标归纳和分解为度量指标这一缺陷,提出一种利用德尔菲法和PUGH矩阵的决策机制,对众多分解的度量指标进行筛选,最终形成GQM模型的问题和度量元,并结合实际实践进行分析和验证.实践表明该决策机制能够有效地形成GQM度量计划,从而指导软件开发过程和软件产品质量的提升.In the process of software development and software products model is the use of a software widely measures,through a series of problems on the target answer. To realize the control and evaluation of the software development process for GQM did not mention how to objectively will the objectives of the organization for the induction and decomposition of defect metrics,using a Delphy Fa PUGH matrix and the decision-making mechanism, the numerous decomposition metrics for screening, and ultimately the formation of GQM model problems and metrics,and practice analysis and verification. The practice shows that the decision-making mechanism can effectively form GQM measurement plan in combination with the actual situation,so as to guide the software development process and software upgrade the quality of products.
