摘 要:选择常州市深水城北污水处理厂地表水和地下水为研究对象,利用抽滤法和平板计数法监测水中细菌总数变化并解析其与水质指标的响应关系.结果表明:地表水和地下水细菌总数均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,最小值均出现在2015年12月,分别为9.7×10~4CFU/m L和13.9×10~4CFU/m L,最大值分别出现在2016年8月和9月,分别为32.9×10~4CFU/m L和33.6×10~4CFU/m L,且细菌总数的动态变化与季节相关;二者呈极显著相关关系(P<0.01,r=0.945,n=12);细菌总数在一定程度上反映水质情况,结果表明地表水细菌总数与硝氮呈显著负相关(P<0.05,r=-0.659,n=12),地下水细菌总数与各水质指标没有显著相关性.In this paper,surface water and groundwater from the deepwater water treatment plant in Changzhou City as the research object were selected,the total number of bacteria was monitored by suction filtration and plate counting,and analyze its response to water quality indicators. The results showed that the total number of surface water and groundwater showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,the minimum values appear in December 2015,respectively,9. 7 × 10^4CFU/m L and 13. 9 × 10^4 CFU/m L,the maximum appears in August and September of 2016,respectively 32. 9 × 10^4CFU/m L and 33. 6 × 10^4CFU/m L; and there was a significant correlation between them(P 0. 01,r = 0. 945,n = 12),and the dynamic change is related to the season; the total number of bacteria to a certain extent,reflect the water quality,the total number of surface water bacteria was negatively correlated with nitr(P 0. 05,r =-0.659,n = 12). There was no significant correlation between the total number of groundwater bacteria and the water quality indexes.
