摘  要:设计开发一种激光式铅球核心力量训练及量化监控装置,该结构突出实用新型,能够有效的模仿铅球最后发力特点,将技术动作和肌肉练习相结合,从而进行铅球的核心力量训练并对运动员练习时的稳定状态进行量化监控.该装置由铅球摇臂机构、升降组件和带有信息反馈功能的平衡训练机构三部分组成,可以通过调整铅球重量、升降杆高度、限位机构高度进行不同强度、不同身体条件的运动员进行力量训练,期望对提高和完善我国铅球运动员的技术水平有所帮助.A laser-type core strength training and quantitative monitoring device for shot put is designed and developed and the structure highlights the new utility model. This monitoring device can imitate the performance of the final force effectively. The technical movements and muscle exercises are combined to perform the core strength training, steady state exercises for athlete can be quantifiably monitored at the same time. The device consists of three parts,that is shot rocker arm,elevator components and the balance training institutions with information feedback. The strength training of athletes can be performed by one who has different strength and physical conditions through adjusting the shot weight,lifter height,and stopper mechanism height. This device is expected to helpful to enhance and improve the technical level for our shot athletes.
