改良扩肛法配合顺时针摩腹治疗小儿功能性便秘临床疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：[目的]探究改良扩肛法配合顺时针摩腹治疗小儿功能性便秘(FC)的临床疗效和安全性。[方法]采用数字表法将60例FC患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。治疗组给予改良扩肛法配合顺时针摩腹治疗,对照组给予顺时针摩腹配合乳果糖治疗。对比观察2组患儿治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。[结果]治疗组排便间隔时间、排便费力消失时间、每次排便时间和周排便次数等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率方面治疗组亦高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率方面2组差异无统计学意义。[结论]改良扩肛法配合顺时针摩腹治疗小儿功能性便秘,能够显著提高治疗效果,且复发率低,安全性较高,能减少药物用量,值得临床推广。[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of modified anal expansion method combined with clockwise abdominal massage in the treatment of functional constipation（FC）in children.[Methods]60 children with FC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with modified anal expansion method combined with clockwise abdominal massage,while the control group was treated with the combination of clockwise abdominal massage and lactulose.The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of 2 groups were compared.[Results]The defecation interval,time for hard defecation to disappear,defecation time,weekly defecation times in the treatment group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The total efficiency of treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.No significant difference in adverse reaction rate was found between the 2 groups.[Conclusion]The method of improved anal expansion combined with clockwise abdomen massage for the treatment of functional constipation in children can significantly improve the treatment effect,with low recurrence rate,high safety,and reduction of drugs,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
