摘　　要：介绍了高温真空退火炉技术性能、技术难点和设备结构及特点。该设备的研制成功对大型高温真空退火炉的研发和应用具有重要的参考意义。The technical performance,the equipment structure,the technical difficulty and characteristics of the high temperature vacuum annealing furnace were introduced. The successful development of the furnace has an important reference significance for the large high temperature vacuum annealing furnace.
