摘  要:提出将具有净化单元的多杂质氢网络分为固定净化后氢浓度模型和给定杂质移除率模型,运用多氢源匹配法与设计固定净化后氢浓度模型氢网络的迭代法及其改进方法相结合分别设计两种氢网络。对于后者模型,首先运用设计氢回用网络得到的未回用的源物流估算净化后源物流的浓度,其流量待定,将之用于第一次迭代。确定出其用量F_(reg)及所有未回用的内部源物流净化后的量F_(reg)^(total),当F_(reg)>F_(reg)^(total)或F_(reg)≤F_(reg)^(total)时,将F_(reg)^(total)或F_(reg)值作为下一次迭代中净化后源物流的量的初值,只需几次迭代即可得到最终设计。对文献中实例的研究结果表明,本文方法能设计两种模型;设计步骤简捷计算量小,可用手算即可完成;设计中所有内部源物流都得到回用或用于净化,说明外部源物流用量已达到或接近最低值。According to the management of the purification units, a classification of hydrogen networks with purification units was proposed, which was the model of fixed purified hydrogen concentration and the model of given contaminant removal ratio. The two kinds of hydrogen networks were designed by using the combination method of multiple hydrogen source matching method with iteration and its improved method respectively, which was used to design the hydrogen networks of the model of fixed purified hydrogen concentration. For the latter model, the purified source hydrogen concentration is estimated through the sources not reused in the design of hydrogen reuse network. Its flowrate is not determined and it is used for the f'trst iteration. Its consumption Freg and the purified flowrate of all the intemal sources not reused Freg^total are determined. When Freg〉Freg^total or Freg ≤Freg^total. the Freg^totalor Freg value is regarded as the initial value of the purified sources in the next iteration, and the final design is obtained by several iterations. Studies on the examples in the references show that this method proposed in the present work can design the two models and is easy to use with less calculation. All internal sources in the design have been reused or purified, which shows that the external source consumption has reached or has been close to the minimum.
