摘　　要：在卫生监督面临体制改革的情况下,作者以广东省卫生监督法制稽查工作轮回检查为契机对全省21个地级市(副省级市)和顺德区共22家卫生监督所(局)展开调查,重点了解全省各市卫生监督稽查的基本信息和工作开展情况,包括全省卫生稽查科室(人员)设置、法制稽查配套工作制度设置情况、2015年度全市案件查处情况、2015年度卫生监督举报投诉开展情况,并以数据为支撑,对珠三角地区与经济相对欠发达地区进行对比(本次调查珠三角地区包括广州市、深圳市、佛山市、珠海市、中山市、东莞市、江门市、肇庆市),以期为进一步加强卫生监督稽查工作、深化卫生监督体制改革提供参考。In the face of structural reforms in health supervision, the author from Guangdong Health Supervision used the circular inspection of legal inspection work as an opportunity, conducted a survey to 22 institutes of health supervision from 21 cities and Shunde District in Guangdong, focused on the basic information and work of legal inspection, including section and personnel settings, working system settings, investigation and treatment situations of legal cases in 2015, reports and complaints situations of health inspection in 2015, and compared the Pearl River Delta Region（including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Dongguan, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing） with the under-development region by data, in order to the further enhancing of legal inspection in health supervision, and provide a reference for deepening the reform of health inspection system.
