摘 要:在预制装配式多层钢框架中,为方便在预制楼板与钢框架梁之间采用栓钉连接,可以先在预制楼板上栓钉对应位置留孔,现场吊装后再浇筑灌浆料补孔。通过3个栓钉抗剪连接试件在单调荷载下的推出试验,对比了整浇混凝土楼板和留孔后浇灌浆料的预制混凝土楼板中采用栓钉抗剪连接的性能差异。试验结果表明:在栓钉群受剪时各排栓钉承担的剪力差异明显;相比于栓钉与整浇混凝土楼板的连接,栓钉与留孔后浇灌浆料的预制楼板连接的抗剪刚度明显减小,滑移变形能力显著增加。验证了留孔后浇灌浆料的预制楼板与栓钉的连接可以满足抗剪要求。When precast concrete slabs are applied in precast steel frames,studs can be used as shear connections between concrete slabs and steel beams if holes were left on the precast slabs around the position of the studs and filled with grout in the field after fixed. Three push-out specimens of stud connections were tested,and the performance of stud shear connections in whole-cast slabs and that in precast slabs with post-cast holes were compared. According to the results,studs in different rows shared different shear force when they worked as a group,and the sliding stiffness of the shear connections in precast slabs with post-cast holes was smaller than that of the shear connections in whole-cast slabs,while the sliding deformability of the shear connections in precast slab was significantly better than that in the whole-cast ones. It was also proved that the stud connections in precast slabs with post-cast holes could meet the requirements of shear resistance.
