摘　　要：随着"一带一路"战略的推进,我国对外直接投资得到了跨越式发展,本文结合国内外相关文献探讨OFDI对产业结构的影响机理,并对陕西OFDI及产业结构的现状进行分析,在此基础上实证检验OFDI与陕西产业结构之间的关系,提出在"一带一路"背景下有效利用OFDI促进陕西产业结构调整的政策建议,为化解陕西过剩产能、实现产业结构转型升级提供相关思路。With the advance of ＂along the way＂ strategy, China＇s Outward Foreign Direct Investment develops a lot. The paper focuses on the impact of OFDI upon Shaanxi industrial structure, analyzes the current situation of OFDI and Industrial Structure Adjustment, and further explores the mechanism of OFDI adjust the industrial structure. On this basis, the paper selects optimizing index of the industrial structure as the dependent vari-able and OFDI model as independent variables to set up the model. In the end, the paper puts forward some polit-ical recommendations to promote Industrial Structure Adjustment in Shaanxi by using OFDI effectively under the ＂along the way＂ strategy.
