摘　　要：介绍了双向拉伸行业破碎膜回收的特点及难点,BOPET回收造粒黏度降范围,确定了破碎膜回收利用的工艺,通过对物料形态的分析介绍了储存料仓的设计方案,重点阐述了切割压实机+排气式单螺杆挤出机回收造粒生产线的设计方案,介绍了生产线的原理及关键技术。同时对生产线的特点进行了综述,通过实践证明该生产线稳定可靠,能够连续化生产,产量高,能耗低,产品性能完全满足BOPET行业复用要求。This paper introduces the characteristics and difficulties of two-way stretch film recycling,and the BOPET recycling viscosity drop range,determines the recycling process.The paper also introduces the design scheme of the storage silo through the analysis of the material form,focuses on the design plan of cutting compactor＋vented single screw extruder.The principle and key technology of production line are introduced in this paper.At the same time,the characteristics of the production line are summarized.It has been proved by practice that the production line is stable and reliable,with continuous production,high output and low energy consumption.The product performance can fully meets the reuse requirements of BOPET industry.
