摘　　要：文章分析海上卫勤保障的特点及其对海上医疗队救治能力、快速反应能力和环境适应能力的需求,介绍美军从医务人员培训、救治技术和理念、装备等方面提高海上救治能力的举措,对我海军提出实行一体化保障、加强医疗机构建设、加强训练考核、卫生装备研究、战备建设的建议。The characteristics of marine medical support were introduced and the demand of medical treatment capacity, quick response ability and environment adaptation ability of marine medical team were analyzed.Based on the analysis of the positive experience of the US Navy,such as high quality training of physicians, advanced technologies,concept, and equipment.Strategies including integration ofmedical support, strengthening of the construction of medical institution, specific training, medical equipment research and construction of combat readiness were put forward in the article.
