摘　　要：总结部队急进高原驻训期间常见急性高原病用药情况,分析药品保障特点、难点与要点。主要建议是应针对药品需求多样化的特点,细化量化药品保障品种,建立区别于一般战时、战备、抗灾抢险等特殊军事行动的药品保障标准。The common medicine characteristics for acute high altitude diseases during the rapid military deployment to plateau areas for field training were summarized.The difficulties and strategies of medical support from various perspectives were analyzed.According to the diverse medical need in field training on plateau areas, new standards for medical support which are different from general wars, combat readiness, disaster rescue and special operations so as to improve the effect of acclimatization to the military forces of field training on plateau areas and guarantee the successful completion of the task.
