摘　　要：结合医院参加全军跨区基地化训练的任务经历,总结归纳坚持党委统揽、坚持超前筹划、坚持从严管理、坚持真学实练、坚持思想引领"五个坚持"的实践体会,探讨机动卫勤分队跨区基地化训练这一全新训练模式的组训方法,为机动卫勤分队推进基地化训练和实战化训练提供参考。Based on the hospital＇s experience in attending the interregional training of the army, this paper summarized five practical experiences including adhering to the party committee plan, adhering to the advanced planning, adhering to strict management, adhering to the real learning and practice, and adhering to the thought leading.The new organization method for the interregional training of the mobile medical teams was also discussed to serve as the reference.
