摘　　要：目的研究上海市市级综合性三级医院骨科的综合服务能力。方法采用描述性统计分析、类比分析方法进行研究。结果上海市18家综合性三级医院骨科开放床位数2 446张,医师总数691人,2014年18家综合性医院骨科门急诊2 131 968人次,出院90 354人次,住院手术79 353例,平均住院日8.65天。骨科以医师数占比7.14%、开放床位数占比11.13%的规模,完成18家医院全部门急诊人次的5.06%、出院人数的8.72%、手术人次数的13.71%。结论上海市级医院骨科总体服务能力较强,骨科的效率效益比较明显;部分医院骨科药占比、卫生材料占比较高,需要加强科室内部管理,更好地控制费用,便民利民;从三四级手术比例来看,部分医院三四级手术比例偏低,不能很好地体现三级医院功能定位。Objective To analyze the service capability of the orthopedics department in comprehensive tertiary hospitals in Shanghai.Methods Descriptive statistical analysis and analogical analysis were used in the research.Results A total of 2446 beds and 691 doctors in the orthopedics department in the 18 A-level comprehensive hospitals in Shanghai.The number of outpatients and inpatients were 2131,968 and 90,354,respectively;the operation number was 79,353, and the average length of hospital stay was 8.65 days in 2014.The orthopedics department served 5.06% of all outpatients, 8.72% of inpatient, 13.71% of operations based on 7.14% of the doctors and 11.13% of the beds in the 18 hospitals.Conclusion The city-level comprehensive hospitals in Shanghai have strong professional ability and high efficiency and economic benefits.Some hospitals in Shanghai are faced up with high proportion of drug and health materials, therefore the internal management should be further strengthened.From the point of operation level, the function orientation in some of these comprehensive hospitals could not be well reflected due to the low ratio of advanced operation like three stage and four stage operations.
