摘 要:目的探讨军改形势下聘用护理人员续聘考核方法,加强军队医院聘用护理人员队伍建设。方法采用卡方检验,对2015—2016年护理人员续聘考核成绩进行统计学比较。结果 2016年聘用护理人员理论考核成绩、技能操作成绩、工作情况成绩及综合成绩较2015年提高,差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05);2016年续聘考核合格率为100%。结论顺应军改形势下制定的续聘考核方案,加强护理人员续聘考核的严肃性,提高聘用护理人员整体素质,规范聘用护理人员护理绩效,优化护理人力资源配置。Objective To investigate the re-examination method of the reappointment of nursing staff in military hospital to strengthen the team building of nursing staff.Methods To compare the examination results of 2015 and 2016 by the chi square test.Results Compared with 2015, the scores of theory examination, skills grades, work performance and comprehensive performance were increased in 2016, and the differences werestatistically significant(P≤0.05);the examination passing rate was 100% in 2016.Conclusion Through the establishment of the continued assessment, we strengthen the seriousness of the continued assessment of nursing staff, improve the overall quality of nursing staff, standardize the performance of nursing staff and optimize the nursing human resource configuration.
