摘　　要：通过总结国内外医疗服务体系中大型综合医院床位分类管理现状,探讨分级诊疗模式下国外综合医院床位分类管理对我国的启示,为合理配置与使用医院资源提供政策建议。The current situation of the classification and management of beds in large general hospitals in domestic and medical service system was discussed.The bed classification and management practice of foreign general hospitals was introduced to China under grading clinics＆#39; mode.Suggestions and advice were put forward for the rational allocation and utilization of hospital resources.
