哈尔滨市曲线社区老年人群代谢综合征患病率及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查社区老年人群代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)患病率并分析其相关危险因素。方法 2015年5月至2016年5月,针对哈尔滨市曲线社区≥50岁老年人进行现况研究。结果收集老年人813例,50~岁,60~岁,65~岁,70~岁,≥75岁人群MS患病率分别是35.36%,36.64%,36.90%,45.87%,43.09%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=9.309 7,P=0.097 3)。男性MS患病率27.62%,女性44.59%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=22.520 8,P<0.01);不同BMI者MS患病率依次为13.83%、49.58%及65.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=141.130 3,P<0.01)。性别(OR=3.265,95%CI:1.895~5.627);BMI(OR=1.748,95%CI:1.279~2.390);高血压既往史(OR=2.040,95%CI:1.286~3.235)及糖尿病既往史(OR=6.421,95%CI:3.394~12.149)是MS的影响因素。结论哈尔滨市曲线社区老年人群MS患病率较高,女性、BMI增加、高血压既往史及糖尿病既往史是≥50岁人群患MS的危险因素。Objective To understand the prevalence of metabolic syndrome（MS）among the elderly in Quxian community of harbin,and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among senior residents aged 50 years and older in Quxian community of Harbin from May 2015 to May2016.The International Diabetes Federation（IDF）new definition of MS and diagnostic criteria was adopted.Results Total 813 senior residents were surveyed.The prevalence of MS were 35.36%,36.64%,36.90%,45.87% and 43.09% among the elderly in the age group of 50-,60-,65-,70-and over 75 years,respectively.It was significantly higher among female seniors（44.59% vs 27.62%,χ^2=22.520 8,P〈0.01）,and it varied greatly among the elderly with different BMI（χ^2=141.130 3,P〈0.01）.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender（OR=3.265,95%CI：1.895-5.627）,BMI（OR=1.748,95%CI：1.279-2.390）,history of hypertension（OR=2.040,95%CI：1.286-3.235）and history of diabetes（OR=6.421,95%CI：3.394-12.149）were influencing factors of MS. Conclusions The prevalence of MS is relatively higher in the elderly population of Quxian community in Harbin.Females,high BMI,history of hypertension and diabetes are risk factors of MS.
