摘　　要：破伤风是临床医师较易误诊或漏诊,但是可以成功预防的一类疾病。我们结合国内外文献对于破伤风的流行病学、致病条件、临床表现、诊断、内科治疗、外科处置等情况进行讨论分析,希望能够为临床医师尤其是急诊医师对于破伤风的综合诊治提供参考。Tetanus is easy to be misdiagnosed or not diagnosed but can be effectively prevented by clinicians.We reviewed and discussed the epidemiology,pathogenic conditions,clinical manifestation,diagnosis,medical therapy and surgical procedures of the tetanus.We hope it can provide references for clinicians especially emergency physicians in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of tetanus.
