复方脑肽节苷脂治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方脑肽节苷脂治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月-12月在该院神经内科接受治疗的86例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组患儿给予常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方脑肽节苷脂治疗,疗程均为2周。比较两组患儿治疗后临床效果以及意识状态、原始反射及肌张力恢复时间。结果治疗后观察组患儿意识状态、原始反射及肌张力恢复时间明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.482,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论复方脑肽节苷脂治疗HIE患儿效果显著,有助于改善患儿的意识状态和肌力的恢复,且用药期间并未发生明显不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound brain peptide ganglioside in treatment of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）.Methods A total of 86 neonates with HIE treated in Department of Neurology in the hospital from February to December in 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,43 neonates in each group.The neonates in control group were given routine comprehensive treatment,while the neonates in observation group were given compound brain peptide ganglioside based on routine comprehensive treatment,all the neonates in the two groups were treated for two weeks.The clinical effects,consciousness states,primitive reflex,and recovery time of muscle tension after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the consciousness state,primitive reflex,and recovery time of muscle tension in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in observation group was statistically significandy higher than that in control group （X^2 =5.482,P 〈 0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusion The effect of compound brain peptide ganglioside in treatment of neonates with HIE is significant,which is helpful to improve consciousness state and muscle strength of the neonates,and there is no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment.
