摘  要:目的调查企业员工对激光危害和防护知识的知晓状况,为职业性激光接触健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用现况调查方法,选择两家电子加工企业中从事激光雕刻岗位作业的113名员工为接触组,从事非激光接触岗位作业的118名员工为非接触组,由调查员采用询问方式对调查人群进行询问调查。结果接触组知晓率最高的为"见过激光危害警示标识",占96.0%,而非接触组仅为7.6%;接触组知晓率最低的为"参加过激光危害知识专题培训",占11.5%,而非接触组仅为3.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组"激光作业需要职业健康体检"知识点的知晓率都比较低,接触组为21.2%,非接触组为13.2%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.12)。结论应加强激光危害劳动合同告知、激光危害专题培训工作,提高激光接触者职业健康体检率和作业场所检测覆盖率。Objective To investigate the awareness of laser hazards and protection knowledge among employees,to provide scientific basis for occupational laser contact health education. Methods With the cross-sectional survey method,113 employees were selected from 2 electronic processing enterprises engaged in laser engraving work as contact group,with 118 employees engaged in non contact laser work as control group,the subjects were inquired by the investigators with the ways of asking. Results The highest awareness rate of contact group was "laser damage warning signs" with 96.0%,while that of non contact group was only 7. 6%. The lowest awareness rate of contact group was "Laser hazardous knowledge training" with 11. 5%,while that of non contact group was only 3. 4%. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). The awareness rate of knowledge about "occupational health examination required by laser operation" were lower in 2 groups with 21. 2% in contact group and13. 2% in non contact group. The difference was not statistically significant(P=0. 12). Conclusion Laser harmful labor contract and laser hazard training should be strengthened,so as to improve the occupational health examination rate and the detection coverage rate of workplace exposure.
