摘 要:目的了解2012—2015年廊坊市放射工作人员外照射个人剂量水平,为放射防护管理工作提供科学依据。方法:按照GBZ 128-2002《职业性外照射个人剂量监测规范》的要求,在2012—2015年间,对廊坊市放射工作人员采用热释光个人剂量监测,每季度1次,对结果进行统计分析。结果 2012—2015年廊坊市放射工作人员人均年剂量当量为1.11 mSv;不同的职业中,介入放射工作人员所受剂量当量最高为2.01 mSv,明显高于其它类别的放射工作人员,差异有统计学意义,(χ~2=136.539,P<0.01);2012—2015年个人剂量监测人数分别为713、805、867、959,年均剂量当量分别为1.21、1.16、1.06、1.02 mSv,有逐年递减趋势,差异有统计学意义,(χ~2=32.224,P<0.01);100%的放射工作人员年剂量当量<20 mS v。结论廊坊市放射工作人员的工作环境基本符合要求,放射防护管理工作稳步加强,今后应以介入放射工作人员作为重点管理对象,同时要坚持做好放射工作人员个人剂量监测工作。[Objective] To understand the individual dose level of occupational external exposure among radiologic workers in Langfang City from 2012-2015,provide scientific basis for radiation protection management. [Methods] According to the requirements of the Specification for individual dose monitoring of occupational external radiation(GBZ128-2002),the individual dose monitoring on radiologic workers in Langfang City was performed by the thermoluminescent dosemeter once every three months from 2012-2015,and the results were statistically analyzed.[Results]The annual per capita dose equivalent of radiologic workers in Langfang City from 2012-2015 was 1.11 mSv. Among different occupations,the individual dose of radiologic workers engaging in interventional therapy(2.01 mSv) was higher than that of radiologic workers in other working types,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=136.539,P〈0.01). During 2012-2015,there were respectively 713,805,867 and 959 radiologic workers received individual dose monitoring,and the annual per capita dose equivalent was respectively 1.21,1.16,1.06 and 1.02 mSv,with a decreasing trend year by year,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=32.224,P〈0.01).The annual per capita dose equivalents of all the radiologic workers were below 20 mSv. [Conclusion]The working environment of radiologic workers in Langfang City meets the requirement, and the radiation protection management shows a steady strengthening trend. The radiation protection management should focus on the radiologic workers engaging in interventional therapy,and individual dose monitoring of radiologic workers should be improved in future.
