摘  要:目的建立测定工作场所空气中12种乙二醇醚类化合物的气相色谱法。方法空气中的乙二醇醚类化合物用活性炭管采集,甲醇-二氯甲烷(15+85,v/v)溶液解吸,DB-624毛细管柱分离,气相色谱法定性定量。结果在选定色谱条件下可完全分离,测定线性范围、最低检出浓度、采样效率、穿透容量、解吸效率、准确度、精密度、样品稳定性均符合GBZ 210.4-2008的要求;对辖区内使用了含部分上述乙二醇醚类化合物涂料的3类场所30个实际样品进行测定,共检出4个阳性样品,分别为乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯4种化合物,且与原料成分标示一致。结论方法操作简单,灵敏度高,可用于工作场所空气中相应乙二醇醚类化合物的监测。[Objective]To establish a method for the determination of 12 kinds of ethylene glycol ethers compounds in workplace air by gas chromatography.[Methods]The ethylene glycol ethers compounds in air were collected by the activated carbon tube,desorbed with methanol-dichloromethane(15+85,v/v)solution,and separated with DB-624 capillary column. The qualitative and quantitative analysis was conducted by gas chromatograph.[Results]The compounds were completely separated under selected chromatographic conditions,while the linear range,minimum detection concentration,sampling efficiency,breakthrough capacity,desorption efficiency,accuracy,precision and sample stability met the requirements of GBZ 210.4-2008. 30 actual samples from 3 kinds of places where used the paints containing above ethylene glycol ethers compounds were measured,and there were 4 positive samples,including ethylene glycol monomethyl ether,ethylene glycol mono ether,and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate,which were consistent with the ingredients of material labeling.[Conclusion]This method has simple operation and high sensitivity,which can be used for monitoring of ethylene glycol ethers compounds in workplace air.
