摘　　要：在人群中开展死亡登记报告工作并对死亡资料进行流行病学特征分析能阐明研究疾病及其影响因素在人群中的分布模式,为病因探索和危险因素研究提供基础数据,为制定卫生政策和疾病防控策略提供科学依据。作者系统回顾了我国死因登记报告系统的发展历程,分析目前监测现状,提出信息漏报、报告质量较差和数据利用率低为主要存在问题,同时从立法、质控、数据共享等方面对报告系统的发展提出建议。Death registration reporting and analysis on epidemiological characteristics of death data can elucidate the distribution pattern of diseases and the influencing factors in the population,offer the basic data for etiological exploration and risk factor study,and provide scientific basis for formulating health policy and disease prevention and control strategy. The paper systematically reviews the development process of death cause registration reporting system in China,analyzes the present situation of monitoring,and puts forward the main problems of missing information,poor reporting quality and low utilization rate of data. At the same time,the authors propose the suggestions on the development of reporting system from legislation,quality control,and data sharing.
