摘 要:本研究以光滑果实的番茄品种东农715母本为母本,以fasciated突变型褶皱果实的番茄品种FGP701为父本配制杂交组合,构建F2代分离群体,利用cDNA-AFLP与BSA结合的方法,对褶皱果实番茄和光滑果实番茄进行了基因差异表达分析。经筛选共获得有意义的目的条带88个,根据表达模式和功能注释对其中3个条带的表达模式做了进一步的个体验证,结果与基因池分析相符,其中TDFB8和TDFC12经分析推测与褶皱果实的形成有较大关联性。In this research, F_2 segregated population were derived from the cross between the parents of the Dongnong 715, a smooth tomato cultivar, and the FGP701, a fasciated mutant fruit. The cDNA-AFLP and BSA methods were used to analyze the differential genes expression of smooth and fasciated tomatoes. Eighty-eight significant TDFs were picked out in the analysis, and the expression patterns of 3 TDFs were tested in F_2 individual plants according to the expression patterns of gene pools analysis and NCBI Blastx, the result shown great repeatability. TDFB8 and TDFC12 were considered to be involved in some regulation processes of fasciated fruit formation.
