摘  要:针对目前优质稻品种大多易感稻瘟病问题,本研究利用携带广谱抗性Pi25基因的谷梅2号作供体,优质晚籼稻但易感稻瘟病品种湘晚籼13号作受体和轮回亲本。通过杂交、回交并结合分子标记辅助选择改良湘晚籼13号的稻瘟病抗性。结果显示通过大田抗性鉴定,湘C72、湘C76和湘C77对稻瘟病明显增强了抗性,达到谷梅2号的抗性水平;除垩白及蒸煮相关性状外,湘C72、湘C76和湘C77的主要农艺性状与米质性状已经恢复到湘晚籼13号水平,表明其基因组大多数位点与湘晚籼13号一致。本研究获得了3个改良新株系湘C72、湘C76和湘C77,为培育优质、高产抗稻瘟病品种提供中间材料。Aiming at prone susceptibility of high quality rice variety to blast disease, Gumei No.2, which carried Pi25 gene with broad-spectrum resistance as a donor and Xianwanxian No.13 with high yield and high quality but susceptibility to blast disease as recipient and recurrent parent were used. Through crossing and backcrossing,Xiangwanxian No.13's resistance level to rice blast by molecular marker-assisted selection was improved. The results showed that resistance to rice blast had enhanced significantly through the field resistance identification,and it had reached the resistance levels as Gumei No.2; Besides, the main agronomic traits and quality traits of Xiang C72, Xiang C76 and Xiang C77 had been restored to the level of Xiangwanxian No.13, except chalkiness and cooking-related traits, which suggested the majority genomic loci of Xiang C72, Xiang C76 and Xiang C77 were similar to Xiangwanxian No.13. Three new kinds of improved lines(Xiang C72, Xiang C76, Xiang C77) were obtained in this research, which provide intermediate materials for breeding elite varieties with high quality and high resistance.
