摘　　要：目的了解灾害救援人员个体防护装备现状及需求。方法通过调查问卷，对参与过救援实战的381名队员展开面对面调查，掌握个体防护装备满意度、使用及需求情况。结果救援人员对个体防护装备需要程度高，对目前配备装备使用程度较低，特别需要加强安全帽、鞋等现有装备的改进。结论当前配备的个体防护装备现状与应急救援工作需要存在差距，针对不同灾害的个体防护装备研究亟待进一步加强。Objective To investigate and analysis the current situation of personal protective equipment （PPE） of disaster assistance. Methods 381 members who have joined disaster assistance were made questionnaire survey. The questionnaire included personal protective equipment configuration, use, and requirement. Results There were inadequacies in the configuration, use, requirement and updating and other aspects of strengthen the improvement of existing equipment such as safety helmets, shoes personal protective equipment. Conclusion The PPE status cannot be up to the emergency re]ief demands and need to be further strengthened.
