摘　　要：目的了解临床护士对失禁相关性皮炎的知信行现状，为其管理和培训提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对北京市某三级甲等部队医院660名护士进行KAP问卷调查与分析。结果临床护士失禁相关性皮炎知信行总平均分为（76．68±3．74），各维度得分率由高到低依次为态度维度、行为维度、知识维度，相关知识整体掌握严重不足。不同工作年限、不同科室、不同职务、是否为造口伤口失禁专科小组成员临床护理工作者失禁相关性皮炎得分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。应用多元线性回归分析发现不同科室和是否为造口伤口失禁专科小组成员对临床护士KAP得分有显著影响（P〈0．05）。结论临床护士有积极的失禁相关性皮炎学习态度，但相关知识水平不能满足临床需要，防治护理措施不规范。建议医院开展多种形式且有针对性的失禁相关性皮炎知识培训，增加继续教育的相关内容，建立失禁相关性皮炎评估、预防和护理的标准化管理流程。Objective To Survey and analysis of clinical nurses knowledge,attitude and practice status towards dermatitis , provide the basis for clinical training, the study was performed. Methods Totally 660 nurses from a level 3 grade army hospital of Beijing were investigated with KAP questionnaires. Results The average grades of the clinical nurses were （76.68 ± 3.74） . Dimension order from high to low was attitude, practice and practice. The knowledge of incontinence associated dermatitis was insufficient. Conclusion Clinical nurses had positive incontinent dermatitis correlation learning attitude, but cannot meet the needs Of the clinical related knowledge, prevention and nursing measures. It was suggested that the hospital should carry out various forms training lessons for the incontinence-associated dermatitis, increasing the relative contents of continuing education, establishing a standardized management procedure for the assessment, prevention and nursing of incontinence-associ- ated dermatitis.
