摘　　要：新常态经济建设的实态,常常潜移默化地渗透于大学文化建设的内涵和观念中,并且深刻影响了后者的发展方向和规划决策。同时,大学文化建设要回到真正意义的返璞归真,体现自身的价值和功能,就必须与时俱进,全面把握中国经济新常态的大格局,将涵育社会主义核心价值观作为大学文化建设的首要职责和历史担当,努力构筑大学文化建设的多元化发展态势。the reality of the construction of the new normal economy, often imperceptibly penetrated into the connotation and concept of the construction of university culture, and has a profound impact on the development direction of the latter and planning decisions.
