摘　　要：根据实际生产中海绵钛厂氯化工段大型氯化炉生产的情况,结合近几年国内海绵钛厂相关的设计工作。本文提供了Ф2500/Ф6000mm以天然金红石为原料的大型沸腾氯化炉热平衡计算书,本热平衡可用于大、中型海绵钛生产工艺氯化工段氯化炉热平衡计算。According to the actual production of the large chlorinated furnace in the production of sponge titanium plant, the design work related to the domestic sponge titanium factory has been combined in recent years. This article provides Φ 2500/Φ 6000 mm with natural rutile large boiling furnace heat balance calculation chloride as raw materials,This heat balance can be used in the calculation of heat balance of chlorinated furnace in the production of titanium dioxide in large and medium sized sponge.
