摘　　要：针对加工薄壁电极过程中出现的变形及尺寸变形难题,通过改变零件结构及线切割程序加工路线,成功解决了加工难题,保证了加工质量。In order to solve the problems of deformation and dimensional deformation in the process of machining thinwalled electrodes, the machining problems were solved successfully by changing the part structure and the line cutting procedure, and the machining quality was guaranteed.
