摘　　要：在总结医学图书馆传统信息服务体系问题的基础上,从指导思想和内容体系两个方面构建信息专员的服务体系,内容体系又分为规划组织、服务实施、人员发展、沟通协调四个单元。根据信息专员的服务模式,提出保障信息专员服务顺利实施的机制,促使信息专员的服务模式有效开展。In medical library, on the basis of traditional information service system, from two aspects of guiding ideology and content system to build the informationist service system. The content system is divided into four units： planning organization, service implementation, personnel development and communication. According to the informationist service mode, the article puts forward a series of mechanism to ensure the smooth implementation ofinformationist service and to carry out the informationist service mode.
