基于新形势下的新型职业农民培育机制探讨

摘　　要：新型职业农民培育是对接农业资源优化配置、现代农业产业化发展以及城乡统筹协调等现实要求、事关现代农业和新农村建设可持续发展的基础性战略。鉴于其自愿选择从事农业生产、重视现代经营方式以及职业意识与职业追求明确等特征,面对农民总体素质不高、根本制度设计欠缺、社会协作机制乏力等职业农民发展的限制性因素,借鉴国际经验有针对性地提出了职业农民发展策略。A new type of occupation is agriculture farmers joint optimization of resource allocation and the development of modem agricultural industrialization and urban and rural coordination requirements, the basic strategy is related to the reality of modem agriculture and the sustainable development of new countryside construction. In view of their choice to engage in agricultural production, the importance of modem management mode and occupation occupation consciousness and pursuing specific features such as the face of the overall quality of farmers is not high, the basic system design, lack of social cooperation mechanism such as the lack of occupation of farmers limits of development, drawing on International experience and puts forward the development strategy of farmers occupation.
