摘　　要：将卫生检疫行政处罚非典型和典型案例进行对比研究,对当前国际疫情复杂多变形势下,卫生检疫行政执法工作保障检疫秩序和口岸安全重要性加以阐述,总结了卫生检疫行政执法工作中的关键点、风险点及注意事项,并提出针对国境卫生检疫法修改、检疫执法工作顺利开展的建议。The article compares atypical cases of quarantine administrative penalty with the typical cases, illustrates the job security quarantine order for health quarantine administrative law enforcement and importance of port security under the current varied and complicated international situation, and concludes the key points,risk points and notes in health quarantine administrative law enforcement. Additionally, the article puts forward the suggestions in regard to modification of frontier health quarantine law and smooth development of quarantine law enforcement.
