摘 要:目的研究分析国外海军两栖舰船医疗系统特点,探讨我海军某型船坞登陆舰拓展医疗系统的设计方案。方法从船载医疗系统中抽组6个医疗模块加装于飞行甲板,在机库加装病房设施设备,组成以手术、住院治疗和医疗保障为主的拓展医疗系统。结果该医疗系统具备收容伤病员不少于100名,同时展开4台手术的医疗救治能力,加改装时间不大于24h。结论通过拓展,可满足海上大批量伤病员救治需求,提高船坞登陆舰多样化军事行动医疗救援能力。Objective To investigate and analyze the features of medical systems onboard foreign amphibious ships, and to design the extended medical system onboard a certain dock landing ship of our navy. Methods Six medical modules were transfered from the ship-borne medical system and were installed on the flight deck of the ship, and the ward medical system was installed in the helicopter hangar, so as to form the extended medical system with the main capacities of surgical operation, hospitalization and accessory medical support. Results The extended medical system had the capacity of accommodating no less than 100 casualties ( 100 beds) and could hold 4 operating tables. The time for the installation of the system would be no more than 24 hours. Conclusions The expanded medical system could meet the demands of mass casualty care at sea, and improve the medical capability in its multi-role mission of the dock landing ship.
