摘　　要：对一次性纸杯的缺陷检测系统及检测算法进行研究,设计了基于机器视觉技术的纸杯缺陷检测系统。按照实际生产线的需求,对该系统进行了硬件设计与选型,采用MFC+OPENCV类库编写控制与算法程序。系统实现了对月牙底破洞、杯口变形和杯底污渍的缺陷检测。该系统经实际现场测试,已达到企业检测需求。The defect detection system and the detection algorithm of the disposable paper cup are studied, and the paper cup defect detection system based on machine vision technology is designed. According to the actual production line needs, the system of hardware design and selection, the use of MFC ＋ OPENCV library control and algorithmic programming procedures.The system to achieve the crescent hole, cup deformation and the bottom of the stain defects detection. The system by the actual field test,has reached the enterprise testing needs.
