慢咳灵方治疗慢性咳嗽风痰恋肺证82例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察慢咳灵方治疗慢性咳嗽风痰恋肺证患者的临床疗效。方法:将156例慢性咳嗽风痰恋肺证患者随机分为治疗组82例和对照组74例,治疗组口服慢咳灵方治疗,对照组口服复方甘草口服液治疗。2组疗程均10天。观察患者临床症状和体征的变化情况,治疗前后评定咳嗽程度评分。结果:经过10天的治疗,治疗组总有效率为89.0%,对照组总有效率63.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。从治疗第3天开始,2组日间咳嗽积分、夜间咳嗽积分与咳嗽总积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),治疗组3项积分值均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:慢咳灵方治疗慢性咳嗽风痰恋肺证疗效确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Mankeling prescription for chronic cough with wind-phlegm persisting in lung syndrome. Methods： Divided 156 cases of patients with chronic cough with wind-phlegm persisting in lung syndrome into the treatment group with 82 cases and the control group with 74 cases randomly. The treatment group received Mankeling prescription orally, while the control group was treated with compound glycyrrhiza oral solution. Both groups received treatment for 10 days. Observed changes of clinical symptoms and signs, and evaluated cough score in both groups before and after treatment. Results： After ten days of treatment, the total effective rate was 89.0% in the treatment group and 63.5% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.01）. Starting from the third day of treatment, daytime cough scores,nighttime cough scores and total cough scores in both groups were all decreased when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.01）. The three scores in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group, differences all being significant（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Mankeling prescription for chronic cough with wind-phlegm persisting in lung syndrome has exact curative effect. It can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients.
