摘 要:本文通过海水拌合与淡水拌合性能对比的方式,研究了海水拌合对硫铝酸盐水泥性能的影响,并分析了其机理。研究表明,海水拌合硫铝酸盐水泥会导致硫铝酸盐水泥力学性能一定程度的劣化,但通过硫铝酸盐水泥熟料、水泥组分等的控制,可以消除此负面影响;海水拌合硫铝酸盐水泥导致力学性能劣化的根本原因是海水中的无机盐改变了液相中的离子种类、浓度,促进初始钙矾石的快速、大量生成,大幅增加了浆体的膨胀率所致。By means of comparison between properties of sulfate aluminum cement that mixed with seawater and cement mixed with fresh water, the effect of seawater mixing on properties of sulfate aluminum cement were studied, and its mechanism were analyzed. The results showed that the seawater mixing would degrade the mechanical properties of sulfate aluminum cement, but this negative effects could be eliminate by control of component of clinker and composites. The primary cause of properties degradation was that the ion types and their concentrations in liquid phase were changed by inorganic salt in seawater, which promotes mass production of ettringite rapidly, and increases the expansion rate of slurry greatly.
