摘　　要：文化是城市的灵魂,如何将文化运用于城市更新日益成为一个核心议题。基于城市更新流程,探寻文化主导下城市更新中的政府角色,通过对比五个城市政策路径的同异性找出政府角色变迁、政策演进路径,最后针对未来文化主导下的城市更新阶段和职能提出政策建议。Culture is the soul of a city,how to use culture into urban regeneration has increasingly become a core issue.Based on the urban regeneration process,this paper explores the government roles in cultureled regeneration.By comparing the policy paths of five cities and summarizing general characteristics of these policies,finds out the change of government role and the path of policy evolution.Finally,illustrates a series of corresponding suggestions in the regard of stages and roles.
