摘 要:盐城某制药厂的含甾体激素合成制药废水具有COD高、成分复杂、可生化性差等特点。通过曝气Fe/C微电解-Fenton氧化-混凝的物化工艺对含甾体激素合成制药废水进行预处理研究,考察COD和色度的去除效果,并结合GC-MS分析有机物成分及转化情况。结果表明,改进后预处理各段的COD去除率分别为25.2%、43.1%和18.3%,总去除率为63.6%。废水的NH_3-N和TP有明显降低;色度降至30,B/C上升至0.36,pH偏碱性,为后续生化段提供有利条件;色谱分析表明,预处理对废水中甾体激素的处理能力不强,对酮类和苯胺类有机物去除效果明显。The steroid hormone containing synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater in a pharmaceutical factory at Yancheng,Jiangsu province has the characteristics of high COD,complex components and poor biodegradability. The physicochemical pretreatments including aeration Fe/C micro-electrolysis,Fenton oxidation and coagulation are employed in turn to pre-treat with the steroid hormone containing synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater.The removal effects of COD and chroma are observed,and composition and conversion of organic substances is analyzed by GC-MS.The results show that the removal rate of COD in each section of the improved pretreatment are 25. 2%,43. 1% and 18. 3% respectively,total removal rate is 63. 6%; both NH3-N and TP in wastewater decrease significantly; and the chroma drops to 30,B/C increases to 0. 36,pH is alkaline,which provide favorable conditions for the follow-up biochemical treatment.Chromatographic analysis shows that this pretreatment has not strong treatment ability against steroid hormone in wastewater but have good effects on removing ketones and anilines.
