西安老钢厂创意产业园内旧工业建筑空间再利用现状分析与研究

摘　　要：随着社会发展,经济增长必然促成了城市产业结构的变化,导致大量旧工业建筑厂房空置,甚至面临被拆除的现状。在城市化过程中,如何保护、利用、活化这些旧工业建筑空间?除了对建筑、环境的改造外还有什么方式可以使空间重新充满生机?文章以西安老钢厂创意产业园内的旧工业建筑空间为研究对象,从建筑、景观、其他层面探讨其旧工业建筑空间转变为创意产业园的利用现状。With the development of society, the inevitability of economic growth has led to the change of urban industrial structure, which leads to the vacancy of large number of old industrial plant and even the dismantling of the existing industrial buildings. How to protect, use, activate these old industrial building space in the process of urbanization？ In addition to the transformation of construction and environment, are there any approach to make renew these space？ In this paper, the old industrial building space in the creative industrial park of Xi＇an old steel mills is taken as the research object, and discusses the utilization of the old industrial building space into the creative industry park from the aspects of architecture and landscape etc.
