摘　　要：居住区外部空间是在为了满足住户各种功能需要的前提下设计的有助于形成邻里意识和归属感的空间。随着1999年我国进入老龄化社会,老年人口发展极为迅速。在倡导人性化设计的今天,居住区外部空间应如何应对日益增多的老年人,如何解决老年人居住环境问题是文章研究的重点。The external space of residential area is designed to help the residents to form a sense of belonging and sense of belonging in order to meet the needs of the various functions. With China＇s aging society in 1999, the development of the elderly population is extremely rapid. In advocating the humanized design today, how to deal with the growing number of elderly people in the residential area, how to solve the problem of the elderly living environment is the focus of this paper.
