Personality Survey Analysis of Middle-aged in Hospital Psychological Counseling Outpatient Service

摘　　要：目的:探讨医院心理咨询门诊中中年人群体的心理特征,并了解其偏离一般群体的程度,进一步探讨导致了这种问题的原因。方法:采用明尼苏达多项人格测验量表(MMPI)对心理咨询门诊中64名中年人群体进行调查,并对收集的数据进行统计学分析。结果:研究发现,中年人异常因子排位前3的依次为:精神衰弱>癔病>精神病态;男女两性在癔病和神经质两个因子上存在显著性差异(t=-2.798,-2.160;P<0.05),并且女性得分都要显著高于男性;不同文化程度的中年人在男-女子气、精神衰弱、精神分裂、精神病质以及神经症质,存在显著性差异(F=2.583,3.465,2.730,4.412,2.723;P<0.05);不同职业类型中年人在疑病、癔病、男-女子气、精神衰弱、精神分裂、神经症质、精神病质以及男子-女子气这几个维度上存在显著性差异(F=2.807,2.837,3.344,2.581,2.361,3.444,2.326,2.232;P<0.05);通过线性回归分析,研究发现年龄因素在疑病因子上不存在显著性差异,而文化程度则与疑病因子存在显著性负相关。结论:医院心理咨询门诊中中年人存在着相当多的心理状态偏离,具有明显的心理问题,需要及时进行干预。Objective：To explore the hospital outpatient psychological characteristics of the middle-aged in psy-chological counseling,and investigate the deviating from the general population.Methods：A total of 64 middle-aged people in the counseling clinic were investigated by Minnesota Personality Test（MMPI）,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results：The order of the first three factors of abnormal factors in middle age was：mental Pt〉Hy〉Pd;there were a significant differences between men and women in hysteria and neuroticism （t =-2.798,-2.160;P 〈0.05）,and the scores of women were significantly higher than those of men.There were significant differences among the middle-aged people of different educational backgrounds in Mf,Pt,Sc（F =2.730,2.483,2.765,2.807,2.837;P〈0.05）.There were significant differences among the occupational type between Hs,Hy,Mf,Pt,Sc （F = 2.326, 3.344,2.581,2.361;P 〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in age factor between the two factors,while educa-tion level was negatively correlated with Hs.Conclusion：There are quite a lot of psychological state deviation in mid-dle-aged people in psychological counseling clinic,which has obvious psychological problems and needs intervention in time.
