摘　　要：提出了曙红 ( Eosin) - H2 O2 - HRP- Luminol化学发光体系测定 HRP(辣根过氧化物酶 )及 HRP标记物的方法。将该方法与免疫分析技术相结合成功地用于测定病人血清中乙型肝炎表面抗原的含量 ,测定结果与经典的 EL ISA显色光度法进行对照 ,二者相关性好。A high sensitive CLEIA method has been developed.The developed method is combined with immunological methods to measure HBs Ag.In the hepatitis B patient serums using polyfiber plastic beads as the carrier.Moreover,the current ELISA absorptiometric detection was taken as a comparison method for those species and the same results have been got with the same number of positive and negative samples.
