微创小切口修剪法治疗腋臭的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微创小切口修剪法治疗腋臭的方法及疗效分析。方法对67例腋臭患者随机分成A、B两组,A组31例行双平行切口皮下修剪术,B组36例行腋皱襞小切口皮下修剪术,通过两组不同术式的临床观察,比较治疗效果。结果 A组31例患者,其中7例出现单侧腋下皮下血肿,清除血肿后3例延迟愈合,无感染及皮瓣坏死,5例愈后切口轻度瘢痕挛缩;B组36例患者,其中2例出现单侧腋下不同程度皮下血肿,清除血肿后无延迟愈合,1例切口轻度瘢痕增生。结论小切口皮下修剪法是一种微创、疗效可靠的腋臭手术方法,具有创伤小、并发症少等优点,疗效满意。Objective To investigate the minimally invasive method of pruning methods on treating axillary osmidro- sis via small incision and clinical analysis. Methods 67 cases of osmidrosis were randomly divided into groups a and b, a group of 31 cases of double parallel incision subcutaneous trimming, 36 cases of Group b in armpit crimple with small incision subcutaneous trimming operation, through the operation of two different sets of clinical observations, therapeutic effect. Results A group of 31 cases, of which 7 had a single side arm subcutaneous hematoma, hematoma after 3 cases of delayed healing without infection and necrosis of skin flap, 5 cases of mild after the incision scar Contracture; B group of 36 patients, including 2 cases of unilateral arm different level subcutaneous hematoma, hematoma without delay after healing, 1 wound mild scarring. Conclusions The small - incision subcutaneous trimming method is a minimally invasire, effective method of osmidrosis surgery, has the advantages of less trauma, less complications, with good results.
