降低捻织厂捻线废丝率实践研究

摘　　要：以捻织二厂为例对捻线废丝率进行了统计,并多角度分析了影响捻织废丝率的主要因素,有针对性地给出了降低捻线废丝率的相关措施,通过措施的实施,将捻织二厂捻线废丝率由1.53%将至1.35%,为降低生产成本,提高经济效益奠定了基础。By the second twisting factory as an example of twisting waste rates for the statistics, analyzed the main factors influencing the twisting silk rate, targeted to further reduce the rate of twisting waste related measures, through the implementation of measures, waste silk rate reduced from 1.53% to 1.35% in the second twisting factory , reduced the production cost, laid the foundation for improving economic efficiency.
