摘　　要：钢轨打磨车在地铁隧道内的作业环境恶劣,打磨钢轨产生大量铁粉和热量,机车空调是保障作业人员工作环境的关键装置。在分析钢轨打磨车空调系统组成及布置情况的基础上,针对冷凝器散热不良导致空调制冷不足问题,提出改造方案。利用车载消防水及车载电源,设计冷凝器喷水装置。经过性能测试,改善了冷凝器散热情况,恢复了空调制冷效果。Rail grinding car in the subway tunnel operating environment is poor, grinding rail produced a large amount of iron and heat, locomotive air conditioning is the key equipment to protect the working environment of workers. Based on the analysis of the composition and arrangement of the air conditioning system of the rail grinding vehicle, the improvement scheme is put forward for the problem of poor heat dissipation of the condenser. The condenser water spraying device is designed by using the vehicle mounted water and the vehicle power supply. After the performance test, the heat dissipation of the condenser is improved, and the effect of air conditioning and refrigeration is recovered.
